PATTSY’s signature "single screen design" makes entry and retrieval of information intuitive and easy. All information including the filing particulars (upper portion of screen), actions due (mid section) and supporting information (patent inventors, trademark goods descriptions, etc. in the lower tabs) are readily accessible. In competing systems, it is often necessary to page through five or even ten screens to access the same amount of information available on one screen in PATTSY.

The need to navigate through so many screens is merely an inconvenience in competing Windows based systems...the same inefficiencies in a web based system, however, become nothing short of "crippling". Imagine waiting 60 to 90 seconds to page through a half dozen web screens to enter a single piece of information!

Although simple searching (e.g., on a serial number) is usually straight forward, most systems do not offer the necessary combination of utility and ease of use when multiple or complex criteria is introduced.  PATTSY’s advanced search capability takes the complexity out of otherwise complex search criteria.  The interface is extremely intuitive because the layout and content is nearly identical to the screen where information is entered.

After performing an Advanced Search, the resulting record set can be viewed record-by-record or displayed in tabular view (i.e., a spreadsheet like layout). The table can be sorted and the column selection can be custom configured. Finally, the table view results can be used to generate a convenient Quick Report.
